That does help! I guess I wouldn't expect to find this sort of thing in the men's section anymore because they're full of exaggeratedly "rugged" looking shoes these days. And other styles you never see in the women's section - I don't know if they're getting more gendered or if I was just paying less attention before.

I also just saw your second response, but I'd already cropped the screenshot. :P I'm glad you found my question interesting and that you happened to have an answer! It's an interesting topic indeed. There was this study they did on either rats or mice where they deprived one half of the animals of comfort and company while the other was provided with everything a rodent might want, and then both groups were given access to drug-laced water. Only the suffering animals became addicted. Very fascinating.

Another thing from the "I forgot to post this" file: When I went into town to Have Fun on Saturday, I forgot to bring sunglasses, but it was sunny. This could not be. So I bought new ones, and of course they had to be the kind that makes me look like I'm in a douchey pop punk band from the 90s or something because that shape simply blocks out more light than those trendy square or round ones. I forgot to take a picture while I was still Outside, so this is from when I returned to the hospital. Saturday was nice.
