so this posting thing...
Hi guys...
I've been skipping days... I'M SORRY! I wish that I could say that I have been out and about being exciting but the reason I've been forgetting is that I've been eating the same things! Smoothies with spinach and chia seeds, potatoes with fat free sour cream, veggies, apples and ban-a-nays, etc.
My lovely mom did get me bagels thins that are WONDERFUL! That with low fat weight watchers cream cheese are my new jam. Also, broccoli slaw pouches at Publix in the salad section are wonderful! and only 2 points per serving! The salad/slaw keeps quite well and is quite delish :)
Case and I had a couple skip days this weekend (including adult bevies and white bread and full fat cheese, OH YUM!). I went to visit pals on Saturday at the Alafia river Rendezvous and had some homemade pimento cheese and crackers (TOTALLY WORTH IT). I was had steamed shrimp, with a baked potato and salad on Sunday with Dad, Maryann, Syd, Dan and Deronda. Tried my 1st steamed oyster and really liked it! Also, went to the always yummy Silver Ring after a substitute teacher meeting on Monday. It was a necessary splurge haha Had bourbon chicken at the mall yesterday but didn't eat but half of what I got so I'm not sure that I would classify that as a "splurge" even though it was delicious and felt like a splurge. :)
Subbed at a middle school today and lined up a job at the same school tomorrow so probably going to do something VERY simple for dinner tonight (like a baked potato... surprised??? I'm nothing if not consistent!) and pass out as early as socially acceptable.
