Yasuki hid behind a small tree only a few short kilometres from the outskirts of the city. In the distance he could see his target--a large wolf. Finally, finally he had found the thing.
The assassin had been quite stupefied when he had been given his latest assignment. The blond was almost insulted by the request. A highly efficient assassin with years of experience was not the same as a poacher. Still--the creature had proven itself to be harder to find than he had originally bargained for.
Apparently the thing was disturbing his client with it’s loud noises and cries--he wasn’t to return until this wolf problem had been fully dealt with. By now the beginnings of dawn could be seen on the horizon, and Yasuki took another step towards the wolf. He did not want it to notice him stalking it. He had been up all night first of all even finding the thing-- and now he was only just getting in reach of it. He kept one hand on the handle of the sheathed dagger that was sitting on his lower back as he walked.
When the man was only a few meters from the canine he pulled up short--something was wrong. It was only a second before the creature before him began to change. What the hell was happening here?
