World Class Infrastructure
Our manufacturing facilities are located at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan (India) and headquarter is located in New Delhi, India. With an Annual manufacturing capacity of 50,000 MT of masteratches, Prayag has got Three separate Units for producing Black, White & Additive and Colour masterbatches respectively, ensuring total production control and zero contamination.
All of our Manufacturing units are ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certified for keeping upto rigorous quality standards and environmental management system. Prayag is further honoured to be the India’s only Masterbatch unit to be BRC-IOP-4 certified for maintaining the product and process control, Hygiene, risk management, international compliance systems etc, as required for supplying to global companies manufacturing food packaging material for food industry.
Production Technology
Our masterbatches are produced on state of the art high torque co-rotating twin extruders with great control on various production parameters like feed rate, temperature, torque, specific energy, etc. Each machine is dedicated for production of a specific color only. We are thus able to design the machine to achieve the highest loading and best quality for that particular color.
Research and Quality Control
We have in-house advanced product Research and Quality control laboratories to sustain the quality of product as per national and international standards. The Lab is equipped with equipments like FTIR Spectrophotometer, DSC-TGA, Filter Pressure Value Machine (FPV), Weatherometer (UV testing machine), Rheology Testing Machine, Optical Microscope, etc.
All our raw materials are thus sourced only from the most reputed and proven sources. A no compromise policy is being followed w.r.t. incoming pigments and additives and they must pass the strict In-house Lab tests Criteria.
New Development
New Products are being successfully developed regularly by conducting trials on respective in House Pilot Plants for Injection Molding, Roto Molding, Blow Molding, Multi layer and Monolayer Film Extrusion and BCF/POY/FDY yarn drawing.

Classification of Additive Masterbatches:
Antioxidant Masterbatch: Prevents the oxidative degradation during processing and end use of plastic.
UV stabilizer Masterbatch: Solves the degradation problem of plastics associated with exposure to sunlight.
Polymer Processing Aid Masterbatch: Used to enhance the extrudability of plastics (PE films, pipes, tubes, etc.) leading to productivity/quality improvement.
Desiccant Masterbatch: Used to remove Moisture by chemically binding it during processing allowing better processability with even higher levels of reprocess polymer.
Antislip Masterbatch: Used to increase the coefficient of friction between films or sheets of plastic.
Slip Masterbatch: Used to enhance the smoothness of films by reducing the tackiness of resins and bring about a reduction in film coefficient of friction.
Antiblock Masterbatch: Used to reduce the adhesion of the surface of products made from the formulation of like or different surfaces.
Antistatic Masterbatch: Used to reduce or eliminate the problems such as dust, damage of electronic equipment caused by static electricity charge.
Antifog Masterbatch: Prevent the formation of fog (i.e. water drops or vapour) on the inside surface of a plastic film.
Antimicrobial Masterbatch: Prevent or eliminate the microbial growth such as bacteria, fungi, algae, etc. in the plastics.
Oxobiodegradable Masterbatch: These masterbatch are environment friendly. By these masterbatches, uncontrolled plastic products can be decomposed in the natural environment, can be fully burned in incinerators and do not produce black smoke and other toxic gases.
Light Diffuser Masterbatch: Used to spread, scatter or diffuse light thorugh the surface of plastics to produce a soft light appearance with high transmission.
Laser Marking Masterbatch: Laser Marking Masterbatch utilizes the energy of a highly focused laser beam to produce a combined thermal and photochemical effect to make laser viable on the surface of plastics.
Rotofoam Masterbatch: Provide thermal insulating properties and to increase strength to weight ratio.
Modifier Masterbatch: Used to enhance the mechanical properties, process smoothness and reduce the cost.
Fragrance Masterbatch: To impart desired fragrance to the product.
Optical Brightner Masterbatch: It suppresses the yellowness of base polymer and gives a glossy surface appearance to the product.
Nucleating Masterbatch: Used to enhance the clarity of Polypropylene product.
Anti-Rodent Masterbatch: It resists the nibbling tendencies of the Rodent on the plastic product.
Flame Retardant Masterbatch: Enhance the flame retardant tendency of plastic.
Odor absorber Masterbatch: Used to avoid undesired odor in polymer, in especially the recycled material.
