So, what's next?
I'm currently working on Project Affliction, using a different pen name wherein I write in English. If I manage to finish it, it will be my first full-length English novel.
This story is not new. Originally, it is called Suicide & Homicide. It is interconnected to my other onhold works:
Trace Garcia is Tristan Garcia (Crime of Probability)'s older brother. His partner Sergeant Jomar Gonzales is the Chief Inspector of Homicide Division Unit 1 (Metro Manila Murders).
My priority is to finish short, standalone novels. I post writing updates on my new Instagram account. This is my first attempt to write something that will not be posted online while its on drafting stage. Only my alpha reader will be able to read it the draft 1. Once I finish drafting, editing, and revising (which might take forever), I will be searching for beta readers to further improve my work. Afterwards, I will either query agents for trad pub or hire an editor and proofreader to fully go indie.
I hope that you will support me, as I, once again, try to go back to writing. I'm still not confident in my skills. And most of the time, I feel like I could'nt go back to the way I used to write, but I'm hoping that the me right now can still write something worthwhile to read.
