Hostages killed in Sydney siege identified as lawyer and Lindt cafe manager

The two hostages killed in the Sydney siege this morning are identified as the manager of the Lindt cafe and a lawyer.

All our thoughts are going to the family and friends of Katrina Dawson and Tori Johnson as well as all the victims of the attack
