Today I start exposures at the IOP. For those of you who are so inclined, please pray for me. I will need continued support while fighting this.
#;one with the glass#//#I'm terrified I'm terrified and I want to do this but I don't#heck any anons are welcome and appreciated#but like#I'm gonna need all the support for the next few weeks.#oh - uh - IOP#is for Intensive Outpatient Program#it's to help with my OCD#by facing the fears and learning to be okay with uncertainty#but facing the fears - one of the goals is having panic attacks#embracing the panic#and continuing anyway#like jumping into a freezing cold pool#at first it's freezing cold but the longer you sit in it the more you get used to it#and it's okay#as opposed to jumping immediately out and not wanting to get back in because it's so cold#I just#I'm terrified.
