“Oi! Are ya really gonna take time away?” Word ran fast. Faster than some wolves around. Sure he might have his doubts if she’d really do it, but he hoped she might follow through....

☠ Infiltration

There was confusion through the forest, Natsumi unable to keep tabs on just where the vehicle had disappeared to. It didn’t make sense, why did Kiba leave? What did he have to gain by traveling alone? Not to mention the fact he took their only vehicle! Sure, she was pissed but Keyanna was more pissed than herself. They hadn’t even gotten a chance to discuss their plan of attack, where they were going to go after this. It didn’t matter at this point.

Natsumi sighed softly as she made her way back to the house after losing sight of everyone. Where they had gone off to she didn’t know. Either way she wasn’t about to be caught out after dark with the beasts running throughout the woods. It would only draw attention to them and their location. As she drew closer she caught sight of unfamiliar vehicles near the house, her heart near stopping at the smell in the air. It smelt of death and... Not poison, but she knew it was not good.

She hopped into the trees quickly as to avoid attention and the rotted flesh beings, her eyes focused on the vehicles ahead of her. Wrinkling her nose she caught scent of Ren and Keiichi for sure, but others as well that she did not recognize. Whoever there was clearly searching, attacking in some way. They had rugged armored cars, blood scattered across almost painting the whole body of it. The men that walked about twitched, laughed as they moved around and looted the house. Dear god, what was going on?

The forms of Keiichi and Ren were soon pulled from the building, her hands shaking as they loaded them into the car. Were they... They couldn’t be dead, no. There was no reason to take corpses away. Dear God, they were getting kidnapped...! Part of her wished to rush in and help them, she found herself stopped by rational thought and she held her position. As they went to leave she knew she would have to find Keyanna. That was her best bet of saving them. 

Cautiously she moved from one tree to another, keeping her eyes focused on the strange men. Seemed like they were still searching for something---- or someone. Faint voices could be heard, something about ‘the loot’ not being in full. This was planned? If that was the case, this was dangerous and she had to seek out Keyanna before she was found.
