Regarding emergencies
I have seen some people request "emergency packs" which, from what I can gather, seem to be packs that the requester needs in a very short period of time, which can be difficult for many people.
We are quite good at making headmate packs quickly, we usually do them in an hour or less, especially if we are feeling hyperactive, so we have decided that we are open to doing emergency packs, but with a few conditions.
We don't always have our computer with us, but we can usually be trusted to be online from 9pm to 12am UTC on weekdays, so that is when you should probably request emergency packs (although you can request them at other times).
If an emergency pack has things we can't do quickly (PFP, moodboard, userbox, etc.) we will exclude those things.
You can request emergency packs when the inbox is closed.
