There is an item, the Corpse Fly Charm, that when used is said to make the one who eats it very nauseous and cause them to v* flies. Unsure how graphic the animations/sounds are, best avoided.

Darksiders II

There is an enemy called the Tormentor in the Judicator's Tomb of the Kingdom of the Dead. It will spawn after two waves of regular enemies in the first fight room on the way to getting the Second Soul. It is a very large, bloated enemy, and its drool resembles v*. Additionally, when you defeat it it appears to v* as it is dying.
