Pioggia sul lago (Rain on the lake), Emilio Alberti

31.5 x 39.4 x 1.2 inches (80 x 100 cm). A rain on the lake in a perspective of mountains moving away towards a sunset sky (... or at dawn). The raindrops draw large circles on the surface of the water making the composition surreal. This work was inspired by the atmosphere of Como Lake on a rainy day.
