This week I graduated from Emily Carr University with my Masters Degree in Fine Arts!! This has been a dream of mine for many years and I am so proud of myself! 🌈✨⭐️ . I feel so incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to live and study in beautiful Vancouver BC and even more fortunate to have met so many incredible, supportive, talented folks!! I’m excited to see all the amazing things my cohort goes on to accomplish!! They are the best!! . Next week at Emily Carr University, in Vancouver BC the 2022 MFA cohort will be showing some of the work that we have completed during our first year of studies and the show is open to the public! 🥳 This is super exciting seeing as our studies and works have been very private being that we’re the weird, wild, ambitious bunch that chose to pursue our studies during the depths of the pandemic. Please come see what we’ve been exploring during this strange past year! . The State of Practice exhibition will be taking place at the Michael O’Brian Exhibition Commons at the Emily Carr campus (520 East 1st Avenue, Vancouver) There will be an opening where you can come and chat with all the artists Sept. 9th from 6-9pm and the exhibition will be up from Sept 7-19th.
