Quirk: Sanguine Soul

The user is able to heal others by channeling positive emotions (specifically, when concentrating it in certain areas, such as their hands).

This quirk is not affected by false or artificial emotions, and cannot be forced via mind/body control. Additionally, it seems to be less effective when used while the user is in a bad mood, or feeling under-the-weather.

Using their quirk too extensively can cause lightheadedness, derealisation, and rapid declines in blood pressure.

Jealous as shit, Anon!

Hi! I would like to register my quirk. When I touch an object an activate my quirk, I instantly know all the info from said object. Such as it's history, what is it made out of, how it works, and any other information it might hold. I can even touch a book and know all of the information written it. However, this information only lasts for 4 minutes and then I forget all of it. So I carry around a notebook to jot down info before my brain forgets all of it.

Holy. Fucking. Shit. I wish I had this back in school. I was so fucking bad at history class and having something that could get me the answers with a single touch would have made passing tests so damn easy. Do you have to touch it with your hands or would any body part work? Does its history include past owners? Fuck, my brain hurts just thinking about instantly knowing all that then immediately forgetting it all. So you don’t retain any of the information? Not even flashes? Is it easier to relearn something you used your quirk on? Could you use this on another person? Practice on extending that time limit and maybe remembering some of the shit afterwards.

Imagine the kind of crazy ass sleuthing you could do. Instead of heroes, you should get involved with the police department. Better yet, find Detective Tsukauchi. He’s pretty average overall, but he’s a good guy and a great detective. Actually, Tsukauchi was the one who arrested me back in high school when I was... Your quirk would be great with picking up trails by getting information off of pieces of evidence. The notebook is a smart idea, but since we don’t live in the 1800s, why don’t you try dictation software to take down the info faster?

Quirk: Paper Lanterns

By pressing their hands together and pulling them apart, the user is able to create paper lanterns (of which form as their hands separate).

The user is able to change the shape, colour, and size of these lanterns—however, using their quirk expends some of the user’s energy, and the lanterns must be able to fit in the palms of their hands. The user can light up the lanterns by blowing into them.

Overuse can cause the user to become fatigued and hungry, and/or develop a prickling/tingling sensation in their palms.

Quirk: Interweb

The user is able to connect to the Internet, allowing them access to all public information and certain private networks. They must be touching an electronic device (also connected to the Internet) in order for their quirk to do anything.

While connected to the Internet, the user is able to transgress most weak gateways and security measures; however, they are also able to get “infected” by viruses or bugs within the system. Their body builds up more defenses against these threats the more they’re attacked.

Quirk: Glacial Wrath

The user is able to control cold and ice, scaling off of how hostile/angry they are. The more hostile, the more refined and powerful their cryokinesis (control of cold and ice) is.

This quirk is prone to going “out-of-control” due to its temperamental nature, and applying heat to the user’s skin/body can temporarily mitigate it.

Quirk: Dominion

By touching a person’s forehead, the user can make it so that the target is compelled to listen to them, and only them.

This quirk has a time limit, and can only affect a handful of people at a time. However, repeated and/or prolonged exposure can cause permanent behavioural issues in those affected.

Quirk: Spirit Box

The user can speak to and hear deceased persons in the area (though they cannot see them, and their voice is still affected by distortions on the physical realm).

They can roughly sense spirits’ locations and emotions; however, their communication is still affected by language barriers. The range of their quirk can be augmented by electronics and metal objects.

Quirk: Blacklist

The user is able to “blacklist” certain people, preventing them from being able to see, hear, and/or otherwise interact with those people.

To the user, targets will appear as silhouettes, and they’ll be able to sense when those people are in a certain radius (of their person). This “list” has a limit to how many people can be affected at once, but that can be extended with practice.
