Summary: “What I don’t get is where is all the money from their merchandise going?” Rumi asked. “I mean they’re demons. What do they need money for?” “To pay for all that hair product?” Mira guessed. “I don’t know, there’s probably some tax evasion angle,” Zoey said. “You think the demon boy-band has been sent by Gwi-ma to commit the grand crime of tax evasion?” Mira asked. “I mean, I wouldn’t put it past them. Tax evasion is a demonic thing to do,” Zoey reasoned. A tale in which Rumi accidentally makes her evil, scheming, no-good, demon boyfriend pop out of her sword (not in a sexy way), and now the girls have to deal with his shenanagins, finding out the truth about demons, repairing their friendship, re-building trust and potential tax evasion. A Zoey POV story.

My thoughts: Absolutely hysterical. Yes sad and gives depressing backstories for the Honmoon and such but also I kept cracking up the whole time. They're all lowkey unhinged but they shouldve let Baby Saja do a little eco-terrorism as a treat.

"Listen, to fix this stalking situation, you gotta ... be nice to Jet," Smellerbee said flatly, cutting to the chase.

Lee scoffed so loud that it almost sounded like he was choking on his own spit. Longshot gave him a couple of thwacks on the back.

"Seriously. When you're an asshole to him, he feels really rejected and obsesses about you all the more. If you hurt his feelings, Jet lashes out at you and actually ups his stalking routine. I think you've got to break up with him really nicely if you want him to stop."

Victoria Rivera, what a mystery this lovely woman is. I scoured the internets and I have no idea how old she was when she died. My brain rationalizes between 35 and 50. So pretty young to still pretty young.

I got inspiration for these from a fic I read called "no Zombies!" On Ff.net. The story is by emletish, you should check them out. They did some very interesting character interactions between Héctor and Victoria that I really appreciated.

The art meme is from @capochiino whom always makes really nice facial expressions. Most of these expressions are from cap's meme.

Jet had been putting on a brave face and telling them that he would be fine. It was just a scratch. Toph knew he was lying through his teeth. Smellerbee started crying, and Longshot had told them all to go. Jet was their leader. They'd take care of him. Jet had been lying there and trying to sacrifice himself tragically and dramatically when Zuko turned up. He told Aang that he and Katara had found Appa, and it was time to get the hell out of this place.

“Just leave me here,” Jet announced again. “I'll be fine.”

“What's up with Jet?” Zuko asked.

“It's all my fault. He got hit with this big rock…”

Aang explained what had happened with Long Feng and the Dai Li.

“Let me see.”

Zuko knelt next to Jet. He started lifting Jet's shirt up. Jet squawked indignantly and went on about how this was a perverted invasion of his privacy. He called Zuko a couple of names. Zuko ignored him and seemed to be examining something on Jet’s chest, tsking like an old lady.  

“Jerkface, shut the fuck up. I think I know what this is. Are you feeling really, really thirsty, like you're in the desert and you haven't had water in days thirsty?”

“Actually ... yeah. I am. How did you know that, numbnuts?”

“I think you've just got a little bit of internal bleeding. Feeling thirsty like that is a symptom.  You really will be fine, you dramatic hedgehog-fucker. We just need to get you to Katara.”

“You're not a doctor, asshole!” Jet argued. “You're just making shit up now! Internal bleeding? What is that? Isn't the blood supposed to be on the inside?”

Zuko ignored him. He turned to Smellerbee, who was still a bit beside herself. “I can carry him, Smellerbee. It's going to be okay.  He's only a bit fatter than Sokka, and I can lift Sokka easily.”  

There were two very offended noises from both Sokka and Jet.

“Fuck you, Lee! I'm not getting a piggyback from you,” Jet said indignantly.

@emletish-fish managed to inspire my lazy arse to draw .. even though my art tablet is stuffed. (I miss colours and ctrl Z *sniffs*).  Anyway, this is a quick sketch inspired emletish’s The Worst Prisoner. Highly, highly recommend the fic! I promise it’s better than my drawing, haha.

One of the things that had changed now that Zuko was feeling better was the tendency for their squabbles to escalate to rough-housing and graceless wrestling. Zuko always won, which sucked. He frequently criticised Sokka's form, stance and style, and tried to correct him. This had originally enraged Sokka until he had realised that Zuko was actually trying to teach him, in his own awkward Zuko way, how to fight better.

Zuko had confessed this was the case when Sokka had challenged him. He'd said: “You're fighting style is just tragic. It's so sloppy. It's honestly the worst I've ever seen. It's so bad. I don't think you realise how bad it is. I just want to help you not fight like a dazed and confused octopus.” At this point, Sokka knew Zuko well enough to know that he meant all that in a nice way.
