Easton, PA - Southern Lehigh High School’s Emma McKee goes over the first hurdle in the 100 meter hurdles during a tri-meet which also included Wilson and Bangor High Schools. McKee won the event in 17.9 seconds and Southern Lehigh as a team went 2-0 on the day.

Emma Mckee, known as Stitchgawd, the hip-hop stitcher, is Chicago’s next hit artist, known for her unique cross stitching that reached the appreciation from artists such as Chance the Rapper, SZA, Kendrick Lamar, and has worked with top companies like Nike and Redbull. What makes Stitchgawd such a memorable artist because she never sells her work, even having the opportunity to work with such mainstream artists, she does it because she appreciates the work of the artists and wants to give them her work out of appreciation and care. She cares about the connection she makes and the family she creates by the collective art that is creative.
