Emma's mom ended up hating all androids after what happened with Daniel, and I'm sure she'd try to instill the same fear in her daughter, to "protect" her

But what if Emma just couldn't believe what her mom said? What if Emma remembered the android who called her by name to make sure she was okay, who saw the mortal terror in her eyes, who grabbed her hand when she reached out to him, who saved her life?

What if one day Emma spots Connor walking in a crowd and has to slip away from her mom to hug him and thank him, because she knows that it's only because of him that she's alive

Headcanons I’ve been thinking about, especially with the conversations on Discord:

- Daniel helping people after he’s recovered. Maybe he cooks and volunteers in a homeless shelter.

- Daniel has lovely hands and can play the violin (credit to @trashyasian for bringing violins into the conversation and @twinstarsdearlybeloved who also agreed that Daniel sings). Then @markus-manfreds brought in the idea of a Markus and Daniel duet with piano and violin.

- Daniel needs a cat purring in his lap.

- After everything happens to Daniel, he sees the world a lot more vividly, with so much emotion attached to all of it. The first year of the seasons changing, it’s like a new world. The first time he finds a crocus poking out of the ground in the late days of winter/early days of spring, he’s delighted because he sees details he missed before because he was so focused on what his programming told him to focus on. Connor doesn’t always get it, but he loves anything that brings a smile to Daniel’s face, and he’s always on the lookout for a park or garden or somewhere that Daniel might encounter something that makes him smile.

- Bonus Daniel and Emma headcanon: they made a snowman and Emma put a little blue circle on its temple so that it’s an android snowman. It’s so he wouldn’t have to be alone.

After thinking about Emma wearing LED for Halloween yesterday I thought how it implies she had seen some YK500 somewhere, and so a scene where she and Alice briefly met at the playground came to mind.

I know that the game implies Alice lost her LED from it being forcefully removed by Todd, but let us indulge in a fantasy where it was removed during a play, and a human girl (Emma) tried it on, excited to switch roles. It initially bothers Alice. After all, she never dared to act the way Emma does (that being loud and bossy) and for a moment it feels like they're both about to get in trouble, but after seeing that Todd doesn't look anywhere near their direction she lets herself relax and enjoy the play.

Emma dressing up as YK500 for Halloween (just putting an LED on her temple) and her parents getting absolutely mortified/terrified at the idea of letting her anywhere looking like an android, concerned about her even knowing about those models, let alone thinking of imitating one. She'll have to change outfits to be allowed anywhere. She won't understand why.
