GASP! IT'S THE MYSTICAL STORY OF DANIELLE AND EMMA!

GATHER ROUND CHILDREN, FOR YOU ARE ABOUT TO HEAR THE MARVELOUS TALE OF DANIEMMA, THE MOST GLORIOUS SHIP IN ALL THE SEVEN SEAS!

IT ALL STARTED ON A COLD, STORMY EVE-

Scratch that, it started on a blistering hot day at Otakon!

I had met Danielle during Otalock, which was the second day of Otakon. We really started goofing off on the third day, though. I had organized a pretty big Sherlock meet for all cosplayers to come and be total dumbos together, and surprisingly, a lot of people did! We even got two Lokis, the 3 main characters of El Dorado, and several other fantastic characters! Moving right along, Danielle and I joked a lot and she stole Jawn from me [she still believes he belongs to her WHICH HE DOESNT HE'S MINE] and it was overall fantastic.

A short time later, Danielle made a tumblr and followed me and everything was hunkey-dorey...

UNTIL THE DAY, THE VERY FATEFUL DAY.

THE DAY RICHARD BROOKE ENTERED MY ASK BOX AND PROCEEDED TO MAKE ME EXPLODE.

Seriously, Danielle had me convinced that somehow, in some way, Richard Brooke/Moriarty had seriously come into my ask box. She was [and is] that great of a roleplayer. She had me stumbling over a puzzle to discover who was playing the Richard Brooke anon, and when I finally figured it out, I danced around my room with joy. AND YOU KNOW WHAT THIS LITTLE BUGGER DID? SHE HAD ME EVEN MORE CONVINCED BECAUSE SHE PROCEEDED TO MAKE A POST SAYING SHE HAD BEEN LOCKED OUT OF HER ACCOUNT AND SHE WAS SO CONFUSED AND THE RICHARD BROOKE ANON HAD SAID THAT HE HAD BORROWED HER ACCOUNT AND OH MY GOD DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH OF MINDSCREW THAT WAS????? BECAUSE IT SERIOUSLY SCREWED MY MIND INTO THE 9TH DIMENSION. 

Anyways, after that, I received frequent visits from Richard Brooke anon and had a few video chats with Danielle too. It was fantastic, and we became the kind of best friends who will most likely be best friends until and after the end of the universe.

Sometime around September/October, I got my Sherlockians In Baltimore meet-up idea composed. Danielle helped me a lot, along with several other buddies, and it was fantastic. We got a ton of RSVPs, and even though not everyone showed up, it was still lovely. 

At the meet-up, multiple events occurred, one of them being Danielle lITERALLY TACKLE HUGGING ME TO THE GROUND. I'M 100% SERIOUS GUYS. DO YOU KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE TO GET TACKLE HUGGED TO THE GROUND BY A 5'9" PERSON WHEN YOU'RE A MEASLY 5'3/4"? IF YOU DO, THEN YOU KNOW ITS THE BEST THING IN THE UNIVERSE BECAUSE TALL HUGS ARE THE BEST HUGS. After that fiasco, the group traveled around the Inner Harbor, having a wonderful time and goofing off a lot. 

After some events that shall not be discussed because they aren't meant for this post, Danielle and I started talking a lot more and more and on this day at 12am, Danielle and I built the courage to tell each other we both liked each other and wanted to go out. It was great and I nearly did a backflip out of joy.

On our first date, we went to the mall and had the notorious Teavana moment where one of the employees asked why Danielle had a shining disk in her chest and I proceeded to nearly die laughing as we left the store. Dani also learned that during movies, while I do enjoy being a fluffy couple and snuggling, I cannot sit still. I move forward, I move back, I move side to side, and hell, if it was allowed, I'd probably drape myself over the seats and watch the movie upside down. From that experience I received a chocolate smelling bear and cherry cordials, some of my favorite things, as well as a sherlock kids game and an avengers coloring book. It was great and I couldn't wait for the next date.

Our -I guess you could call it that- second date was at Katsucon. We hung out with our old and new buddies, as well as smooched a bit and frolicked around the convention center. It was lovely and I received lots of tall hugs from Dani and she received many Hobbit huggles from me too.

And so, I would like to thank Danielle for all these lovely times, where we can be total dumbos together and not have a care in the world, where we can make each other happy with just simple words and simple actions. Danielle has helped me through so many rough times, and she makes me feel loved when I feel all is lost. I wish I could explain how wonderful she makes me feel, and how great it is to see her smile or hear her laugh or read her stories, but no words would be able to express the emotion precisely right. I love Danielle a whole lot, and I am so glad to have her in my life. She's an extraordinary person with marvelous talent, and getting to spend a moment with her is like getting a moment to be with the sun [except instead of lots of pain and burning, its lots of love and hugs]. Her quick-thinking and courage is something I admire greatly, and her ability to make the best out of any situation is a skill all her own. She's uniquely perfect with dazzling looks and a personality that no one could match, and I adore her for every one of these qualities. I love you Danielle, and a very happy 1 month anniversary to you. <3 

This is sheer proof that Emma is far too good for me.

God, you're amazing.. I love you so much, and the fact that you took the time to actually write this out- you're so perfect, Emma, thank you so much for sticking by me through thick and then you're honestly marvelous.
