Another future part of the Diamond is Unbreakable anime to watch for: Much later in the manga, there is an alien character introduced. Josuke has him disguise himself as dice to try and con Rohan out of some money. The alien character (who looks like a few dice) v*s multiple times from motion sickness due to being shaken around. It wasn't terribly upsetting for me since it wasn't a person, but watch out for that in the anime. I dunno how realistic the sound will be.

I have a warning for Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. The series has a LOT of coughing up blood and such, but there is an actual v* scene in episode 36 of Stardust Crusaders. (Hol Horse and Mondatta, Part 1). Hol Horse is in a taxi and he opens up a trunk that has a kid inside of it. When he pulls tape off of the kid's mouth, the kid looks like he's going to be sick, and then it happens. It's not super graphic, but there is a lot of it and there is sound. It lasted around a minute I think.

I have a warning for the game Red Dead Redemption. In the mission Mexican Caesar, towards the end of the beginning cutscene there is a graphic scene that has no warning at all. When John starts walking away the scene cuts back to Colonel Allende and it happens right away. It's at the very end of the cutscene so you can mute/look away for a little while and then the mission starts.
