Did I just spend ten minutes hunting down the piano piece that I have a hatred for because of my Grade Eight exam? Yes, yes I did, and I wish I had my weighted keyboard so I could relearn it and master it again because it still annoys me

with Lando’s back, during the clip posted of him getting in the car for the China sprint, you could see the outline something like a brace underneath his suit, so I think it’s an ongoing issue, unfortunately
As someone with a back injury, I can give my opinion that yes it probably is an ongoing thing and always will be.
Obviously, I cannot speak for everyone or Lando and I am not a doctor, but I know from my experience that back injuries/problems never fully heal to 100%.
I went from being healthy to my accident to being okay to a month later where I couldn't sit/stand/lie comfortably and I could barely lift my left leg to put on shoes and socks.
Thanks to physio, I have full range of motion and most days I feel great, but the injury is still there. I have days where standing or sitting is uncomfortable. I get bad pain in my back into my hip and down my knee cause my injury impacted my sciatic nerve.
So I assume that Lando probably has a lot of good and bad days too. He is in the position where he has Jon and a team of health care professionals to help adjust work outs, physio, lifestyle to help with this.
I know my dear @elementalmoments added to the og ask with the info that Lando has a special mattress he has shipped to hotels during race weekends which I assume is for back health and sleep health (it's briefly mentioned in this Vogue article x).
Again, I can't speak for Lando or his health, but in my experience, this is something I have and will be dealing with for life.
I love my grandma very much too but she also always complains about what i eat 😂 for her fish is an absolute must every friday 😂 but i don't est fish or meat so every friday meal is disapprove by her 😂 but at least for her only my eating habits are wrong when it comes to my mother ... well let's just say she has a longer list 😂
Yeah my Nan and my uncle who lives next door to her have fish every Friday too. Tbf, she doesn't get on us too much about the fisch unless it's Good Friday. Occasionally she slips in a mention of it, but I get daggers when I attend church and don't get up for Holy Communion 😅
She just likes to pretend that I am still very much a practicing Catholic and not a lapsed one and an atheist 😅
My mam isn't very religious but she does love to tell me every so often that "there will come a time and you'll need someone to be there, and God will be there waiting" and I'm just like sure Mam because if the last almost three years haven't driven me back to church then nothing will 😅
I was tagged by @love-sunny88 to drop five pieces of Emmy Lore so let's go 👀
1.Last year, I found out from my sister (who bugged our mother because she's more interested in my Sperm Donor than I am), that I have at least four siblings from my Sperm Donor. I have no interest in knowing him or them, but if one ever reaches out, I will answer but I doubt they will. Some of them could still be kids/teens. I literally have no idea and have never brought it up to my Mam
2. I once accidentally fistbumped Lance Stroll. It was at the Hungarian GP in 2022. It was at the fan stage on Thursday, they were handing out signed caps, I tried to get one for @princelancey and ended up fistbumping him and I was mortified.
3. I have broken my right wrist twice in the exact same place because of stairs bought times. First time was when I was a teenager and fell up the stairs, and second time was in my 20s when I slipped on unmarked wet stairs and fell the whole way down.
4. I have played piano since I was eight years old. I also taught piano for about ten years, starting when I was sixteen. I hold a qualification in advanced pianoforte instruction for which I had to do a two hour practical exam of all scales/pieces/sight reading/listening tests and a written exam that involved composition and essays.
5. I won a writing competition at my local library when I was about ten years old after writing a short horror story about a haunted house that ended on a cliff-hanger with vampires 😂
I tag anyone that wants to do this tag game along with my usual suspects @f1-birb @princelancey @sambirb❤️
