WHO: Aiden & @emmycahill WHERE: Emmy’s house WHEN: January 26th, nighttime
Since the time that Emmy had suddenly stopped by Aiden’s place with a hand full of Meg Ryan DVDs, the pair have spent more time together, whether it was Aiden coming over to hang out or Emmy coming to take his dogs on a walk. Aiden felt good about this friendship. He was grateful that he had another girl he could be close to after all this time outside of Abby, of course. Emmy felt like a sister, a confidant, and someone Aiden could see himself being friends with for years to come.
Aiden had become used to popping over to Emmy’s house unannounced, whether it was to spend time with her, Grayson, or Winnie. Today was nothing out of the ordinary as Aiden got into his car and drove the route that he had already memorized in his head after a few times of heading over. It felt like a second home, filled with a bunch of people he loved and he only had good memories there.
As Aiden approached the house, he slowed down, parking on the curb in his usual spot and getting out. Eager to see Emmy, Aiden quickly went up the driveway to the door and knocked on it, something he usually didn’t do, but he figured he’d be polite this time. “Emmy! You home?”
