From the Archives, Part I
In a recent room cleaning, I came across hundreds of lost writings from my emo years. I plan on releasing some of this poor poetry (pooretry) every now and again when I feel like Tumblr can use a good laugh at the expense of 15-17 year old me. This particular piece was found near the end of the oldest notebook I found. The context is lost, but there is a good possibility that the sadness was fabricated for the good of the genre. Please sleep soundly knowing that this would have been a timeless classic had one of the many incarnations of my band stayed together long enough to put it to music and record it.

"What are you thinking?" A question that becomes more familiar over time. They say "Once and for always." Slightly more logical and feasible than "Forgive and forget." Is it too indecisive to say "Once and again and I'm gone?" Naivety is my specialty and it's on my menu daily but for once I'll order serenity. Bring back your childhood and use your imagination to pretend you never failed me. I can do the same and we can create a fantasy of a more pleasant collision.
