Scene kids introducing themselves..

i can’t find the post now, but someone had made a joke about how emo/scene kids would introduce themselves online really weirdly back in like, 2008-2012, and i wanted to add my few cents because i thought it was funny - I mean, the fucking nostalgia, dude!!! but yes, actually, that post was hilariously accurate. being an old web/2000s scene/emo blog, i find a LOT of my pics on old myspace blogs and soemo.co.uk profiles. any profiles i find from like 2008-2015 are pretty much along the lines of “umm idk what to put here XD but I’m suuuuper random and i <3 pandas and foxes. DONT MESS WITH ME!!” but yes, a lot of people would introduce themselves in a very forcibly awkward way. in my early days of the internet, I did it too. It’s really fucking funny. here are some examples:
