Even a Cat Knows: You Don’t Have to Fix Emptiness Right Away
“You don’t have to rush.”
I once watched a cat sit inside an empty box for hours.
No phone. No drama. No plan.
Just… sitting. Staring. Doing absolutely nothing.
And then, suddenly, it jumped out, stretched, and calmly went on with its day.
No explanation. No transformation arc. No “lesson learned.”
Maybe that’s the point.
Maybe emptiness doesn’t always need fixing. Maybe it needs space. Time. Permission.
You don’t have to rush your way out of it. You’re allowed to sit with it for a while.
And move on when you’re actually ready — not when you think you should be.
