about to get back on my bullshit about mexidol/emoxypine succinate but I always feel weird talking about grey market Soviet panacea drugs to my audience of mostly fellow sick people. the short version is I wonder why this hasn't already become a trend drug with the nootropics bros. does it "work"? subjectively yes it works enough for me and noticeably enough that I keep buying it. but the effects are subtle enough that I may be placeboing myself, I really can't tell. I think I've already made some longer posts about it here

gosh i was just talkig about this in discord. most of my friends and I get it from plain ol amazon (legal to import and buy, it's not psychoactive and is not a controlled substance). you can also get it here , we just looked this up today because the amazon seller is out currently. i think it's getting more popular. i can't personally vouch for the site i linked. this DIy HRT site also has a list of vndors they endorse and some of them are almost certainly carrying it

today i learned about Armadin long which is extended release, higher dose emoxypine. i want to try it out sooo bad but it'd take significant digging to find out how to get it. i really love the format of this drug info page. super helpful.

I decided to pop by good ol swanson to see what's cheap for supplements today and decided to look up two i'd never heard of before:

Pyrroloquinoline quinone [pubchem]

Apigenin [pubchem]

Astaxanthin [pubchem]

The former seems to be of an antioxidant nature similar to our friend emoxypine, and the latter is billed by pubchem as "antineoplastic" which apparently means it inhibits cancer cell development.

I'm ordering both, to see if there's any difference in antioxidant effects on my overall ability to function. Different interactions could mean different outcomes.

Apigenin is interesting for a studies relating to cellular regulation, especially when it comes to collagen and bone. Important for people who aren't spring chickens and have shitty joints.

forgot to take my emoxypine two days in a row and became a slug.

oops. I took 1 and a coq10 and a baby aspirin and some actual human food a little bit ago and I almost feel like... I could at least pretend to be normal. shortly before that it was all slug time

don't skip the shit that keeps you functioning, imo.
