Of course! I struggle with energy vampires myself, and this is a charm I find is particularly efficient at protecting you from them! Be sure to increase your personal protections, and cleanse yourself thoroughly before completing the charm. Good luck!

🛡So Long, Sucka! A Charm Against Energy Vampires🛡

You will need:

🛡a crystal of your choice (I recommend hematite, obsidian, or labradorite. If not available, use a small dark-colored rock)🛡a small mirror 🛡a jar of War Water (see directions below)

⚔️War Water Materials⚔️⚔️a jar⚔️iron nails ⚔️cayenne pepper⚔️water

Add to your jar the iron nails or screws (if you can cut them in half, do so at this time) and your cayenne pepper. Fill the jar with water and shake vigorously. Allow your jar to sit somewhere dark, and open intermittently until the nails begin to rust.

1. When your War Water is ready, set your stone/crystal on the small mirror. Focus on the mirror reflecting back the energy-sucking vampires, and the stone absorbing their negativity.

2. Take your War Water and drip it onto your stone. As you do say:

“Elements of earth and seaReflect back those who prey on me Energy and life force vampireYou will find it will backfire! So long, sucka!”

3. Carry the stone with you to protect from energy vampires. Repeat the charm as needed when the stone’s power starts to fade.

🛡Note: You can also add spit or vinegar to your War Water to increase its potency. Either way, it will become more powerful the longer it sits. Make sure the stone/crystal you use for the charm will hold up to have water dripped on it!

Secondhand empathy is like having the ability to -physically- expirience the emotions you are exposed to. The spiritual power of another person is being thrust into your face and you can feel it as one would touch a hot or cold surface and react to the change. In my self discoveries, I've found that sadness hurts my chest in a specific way that is unlike any other pain. It feels as though the pure sorrow has me by the chest and is trying to wrench my heart out from berween my ribs. Embarrassment hits my body in waves of uncomfortable electricity and seizes up my spine, while anger is alive, lashing out like a beast with every venom-filled shout. Love, I recall, is a reverse waterfall of butterflies, as my cheeks redden and my lungs are filled with the power I need to better express my passionate words of devotion Then pure joy comes with little flutters of happiness that rise in my chest, extra energy soaking into my body as if I'm sunbathing in it, and as the popping sensation of laughter forcing its way past my mouth and into the air.
