How is it POSSIBLE that every single INCONSEQUENTIAL event is good enough but the very real threat of Childhood Cancer is somehow overlooked? LITTLE PEOPLE are going through the worst pain that has ever being created and all we can think of is MARIAH CAREYS LATEST ALBUM?!? We need the Awareness! People NEED to realise and be aware of this!! And it’s not only this!! Every single overlooked disease there is out there should be talked about! This does NOT ONLY HAPPEN IN MOVIES! This is real life! and we need to THINK and REALISE that this is REAL!

I know there’s a lot going on in the world right now, a lot of injustice and hurting, and this may seem like just a drop in the ocean, but the injustice that is being done to these kids is not okay. Pediatric cancer awareness and funding is something that needs to change. These kids deserve more than 3.8% of government funding, they deserve treatments that are made for them, not for adults. And they deserve to have the Empire State Building lit up gold for just one night in September. What makes the teenage mutant ninja turtles more important than our kids? The Empire State Building has ignored, blocked, and deleted any requests to go gold for pediatric cancer. But that doesn’t mean we are going to stop fighting for it. It means so much to me and the families of these kids.
