have an empty notebook? i know you do, it’s the one you bought impulsively because it was SO cute. why not use it as a positivity journal? 

how to use it:

at the end of every day, write out all of the good things that happened. it will put you in a much better mood, especially after a stressful day!

date every entry, and when you need a little extra positivity, go back and read old entries!
