Um.

Okay, here's the thing, this fandom is seriously weird now. I made this blog as a joke back in May and since then something really bizarre has happened to the Lorax fandom: it has absolutely nothing to do with the movie anymore. Nothing. Nothing at all. Even this joke blog sort of had something to do with the Lorax at one point. I mean, at least Empty-O's was a thing that happened in the movie? I seriously don't understand what's even going on anymore. I mean, yeah, I appreciate your creativity and all but it has literally nothing to do with the Once-ler at all. Sorry.

Anyway, I feel sort of not a part of this fandom anymore because the fandom I was a part of had to do with the Lorax movie and not a bunch of OCs, and the movie fandom doesn't actually seem to exist anymore, so that's a bummer. For this reason I'm probably not going to update this blog much anymore, if at all. I mean, unless you can convince me otherwise, which I doubt. This blog was a joke to begin with, even if it has more followers than my main blog. Which it does.

I still really love the character and the idea of Empty-O's because I thought it was silly and I still ship Empted, ironically or not, doesn't matter. I super appreciate all the fanart people drew for me, and all the support people gave me for this dumb thing, it was kinda ridiculous. I still have all the fanart saved to my iPod and I look at it to cheer me up all the time. But the fact is - and this is kinda sad - Empty-O's is almost too canon for the fandom now? Yeah. I don't have a place here anymore if I don't participate in the AUs, since I don't. And there aren't normal Teds I can hit on anymore, haha.

Sorry this is kind of a downer post.

Also, I still don't want to give out my personal on here, it's not even a Lorax blog at all, and I'm such a non-influential member of the fandom that it wouldn't matter anyway.

I'll still badly photoshop the Empty-O's logo and Ted's face onto things if you want me to though

I think I'm gonna stick it out, even though I feel super out of place, actually. Man, I can't abandon a box of cute cereal.
