I am not a baker so my gadgets turn towards more the savory end - my last purchase is the #emsonsmoker it's a pressure cooker, slow cooker and smoker - that's a lot of ER - this size has a 4lb limit - I picked it up on #facebookmarketplace for $25 wish me luck - My first smoke/cook is going to be #countrystyleporkribs dryrubbed with #mccornicksmokehousemaple and #slapyamama which I am second guessing now - I should have just gone with regular salt and pepper - like I said wish me luck.
