Legend of Zelda fanfiction.
FANTASTIC. Probably one of the best that I've read (though, keep in mind, I could be crazy).
Basically, the whole Ocarina of Time shindig happens, and Zelda sends her beloved Link back in time to re-live "his" lost days (years). (I think the Majora's Mask plotline happened too, but it's only vaguely hinted at)
Anyways. Basically, Link is a girl *dundundunnn* named Lynda, and her hat turns her into our beloved Hero of Time. He gets kicked out of the Kokiri village because they finally realize that he's not one of them. He lives the following years in the Forest Temple, and yadayadayada. Basically Lynda has to decide (by her 18th birthday) whether she is going to live as Link or Lynda. She prefers living as Link, because she does not know how to be a girl and because of traumatic experiences. But there are reasons for living as a girl too.
It's written really well. Spiritual Sone is a fantastic author.
