This Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Dip is a creamy, cheesy, and flavorful appetizer that combines all the delicious elements of green chile chicken enchiladas into a crowd-pleasing dip.
Ingredients: 2 cups shredded cooked chicken. 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened. 1 cup sour cream. 1 4 oz can diced green chiles, drained. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, diced green chiles, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed. Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly. Warm the oven up and put the dip in it. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it's hot and bubbly. If you want, you can add chopped fresh cilantro as a garnish before serving. Warm it up and serve it with tortilla chips or sliced bread.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 small onion, diced. 1 red bell pepper, diced. 1 cup enchilada sauce. 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese. 1/2 cup cream cheese. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. Tortilla chips, for serving.
Instructions: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are softened. Stir in enchilada sauce, cream cheese, and sour cream until well combined and heated through. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and cover the skillet until cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving. Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
