My fellow Americans, I would like to personally welcome you all here today. While I may have slept through the 500th, I will NOT be missing this one.
As I look out upon this crowd, do you know what I see? I see friends, family, brothers and sisters, all unified under one flag, one nation. While this nation has since been blown away, I can see that its spirit remains in each and every one of us. The laborers keeping the city running in the dark, the hunters keeping it fed in the day, the soldiers keeping it defended at all times. All of you play important roles in our society, from here to Rhondasburg.
We gather here, at the epoch of 516, to celebrate our good nation. America, built on the idea that all are created equal. America, a country dedicated to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. America, Land of the Free. America, Home of the Brave.
We have had troubled waters before, thousands of times, large and small. Civil Wars, Cuban Missiles, Resource Shortages. But through it all, America has risen after it all. As we have now.
Now, without further ado. Pyrotechnics! Hit it, folks!
