“This was a fun project. Making a "dock" for a vintage Dan Armstrong blue clipper fuzz. These old-school boxes were originally meant to plug directly into your guitar. This dock allows you to put the effect in a more traditional pedal setup (true bypass) WITHOUT modifying the original enclosure. ...
They are originally wired so the male end plugs into the guitar jack. (Impossible to plug into a stratocaster) Throughout the years people modified it to be reversed wired. So the male end plugs into the amp, which is the case in this client's blue clipper.“
