Road trip home

We’re almost home after spending two chilly weeks in Florida. But our annual jaunt was wonderful, despite the weather.

Yesterday I drive most of the day.

I brought one of my favorite books about prayer with me, “Hearing God”, by Dallas Willard. I’ve referenced this book often on this blog. I’ve told you how I’ve read it through many times and it has always left me perplexed.

Let's have a HouseParty!

So I arrived back in Liverpool this afternoon/evening after an amazing weekend away with the CU at uni. We also joined with the CU from John Moores as they are also just as amazing as us (although hope are better ;-D) So yeah it was an awesome weekend packed full of fun, worship, seminars, camp fire, marshmallows and soo much more..... God worked in so many ways this weekend. He really encouraged and challenged us all. So anyways on the journey back I don't really know what happened but a had a sudden thought/flow of words and I had to write them down I don't know wether I was trying to make some song or some form of poem. I guess it was one way of collecting my thoughts and reflecting on the weekend, so yeah I just thought I would share it with you.
