Part of me is sad my brain rejects calling myself therian or otherkin. something about it conflicts with the reality we perceive for ourself.
I know it's partly because when we did in highschool. we tried to join in on having a blog in spaces for angelkin and Divinekin but struggled with not knowing how to get the attention we wanted and just being generally emotionally unstable and undiagnosed for a personality disorder and CDD. the one friend we had and tried to confide in about our feelings of divinity ended our friendship soon after despite her seeming enthusiastic ab our interests.
My divine nature is very rooted in being raised under mormonism (if ykyk) and our suicidal ideation. I hate it. It's feels so hard to embrace and see in a positive light. It's hard to want to talking about it when most of it leads back to the desire for this mortal coil to die and to suffer. feeling hopelessness living in this form.
My divine nature is isolating. as are our other forms nonhuman-ness takes. I worry our experience/feelings being more negative pushes us further from community, companionship, and feeling understood.
