Oh Man!

Okay it's been awhile since I signed in here but all for good reasons!

I got a new computer recently! Which means I had to set it up, transfer alllllllllll my files, and get everything up and running again. This means I can now stream games, stream art, and pretty mfdsauch do a lot of things I couldn't do very smoothly before.

My fiance got a job interview for a work at home position!

I have had four sales in my shop!

I got Rogue Legacy on Steam. I can actually play the larger Steam games now without crashes or slowdown so it's nice.

I got a bunch of commissions out of the blue.

I'm headed to my second ever convention at the end of the week. I'll be attending Bronycon and be selling prints at a table with my fiance and roommate.

So I've been busy as hell. There's a lot of stuff going on on my end. Couple all that with medical check ups and planning ahead and you've got a very, very busy Shrike.

Things will most likely be on hiatus for a bit longer but I'm hoping to be able to break and post something post-Bronycon. We shall see!

Mod Art Barf~  askenderblock = Dark Ask Dantae = Dantae

Bit of Break/Gift art. I'll probably finish this in the future, I just wanted to dabble with it a bit. Tis for ~Agii of her beloved Endermen, Dantae. We have a bit of an in-family joke that our crack OTP is Dark from Enderblock and Dantae. Given Dark's history, e'd be the one to admire someone like Dantae, and the sheer fact that Dantae even notices em is enough to knock Dark speechless.

Just a quick doodle of Tax, an Endermen in Enderblock. E's is one of the most prolific Endermen we have, being the Sire and Dam of three Nestlings (Dark, Key and Craw). A Faithful, Tax has returned from the End, leaving one mate in the End with Key, and has set up shop in a Nether Fortress. E's currently got a second mate and one of es Nestlings, Craw lives with em. E helps Endermen new to the Nether complete their mission, owns a rather large Blaze farm, negotiates with the Magma Cubes and Wither Skeletons, and has a loose trade set up with the Pigmen of the realm, allowing em to retrieve Enderpearls that have been lost in the oceans of lava. 

E is a stern Endermen, and is probably the last thing you want to come in contact with. While not aggressive, e does not hesitate in es choices, and runs both es end of the Nether and es nestlings with an iron fist.

Quick warm up piece before I hop into commissions.  This is Craw, a nestling from Tax's family who resides in the Nether. Being one of the more wild nestlings, no doubt from exposure to the Nether's environment, Craw finds emself most comfortable near the pools of lava surrounding their Nether Fortress. E cares not for the overwhelming amount of threats visible to other Endermen, and has earned emself a fair amount of babysitters in the form of a towering Wither skeleton and a curious Magma Cube.  The cube around es neck works as a sort of tracking device, something Tax has invested considerable time in designing given es family of nestlings can be found throughout all five dimensions of Minecraftia. It provides both light and a compass for the wearer, and through enchantments, is impossible to remove without the right spell.

So this is a very very HAPPY BIRTHDAY gift for Shrine!! (Maum?) Who has these wonderful characters that are so much fun to draw... Anyway. Happy happy happy birthdaaayyyyy! <3

This started as just a random doodle.

Now it's a character. Apparently it's Nanook's sibling. As you can see, E clearly likes pirates. Es name is Tux.
