histamine reactions really depend on how much got into your system. smushing a mosquito can cause it to shove everything into your skin at once, making the reaction huge.

The hardest thing about cooking is to avoid distractions. If you have something on the stove, stay in the kitchen to watch it. Knowing when to taste the food to determine if it needs more seasoning is also important. Alton Brown really helped me make some simple changes to my cooking technique and now my friends really like my cooking.
