i think it was actually a cocaine thing? it was around the time his "evil twin" surfaced (aka my favorite time in the history of ryan ross), but like, someone tweeted something and from there kl and i created this whole ridiculous backstory but i've never been able to find the original tweet or recreate whatever our crazy story was even though i can remember exactly what stretch of road we were driving on when the whole thing happened. (hence why we need an intern to write down all of our hilarious/brilliant ideas.) (this was also around the time i was obsessed with bob being a real life werewolf and jon walker ruining people's lives and evil twins and and and. i have notebooks FULL of charts and timelines that "prove" all of my crack theories.)

I'm gonna need a hair person who's okay listening to me babble about superheroes and putting stupid colors in my hair monthly. What this means is, when I find that person, you can come make terrible life choices too!

Hey are you still doing galentines? Can you do me?

I will be doing Galentines until I can no longer keep my eyes open, and even then I'll just wake up tomorrow and do some more. And of COURSE I can do you. I'll do whatever you want! Because you make me smile all of the time! 

I feel privileged sometimes, getting to read the thoughts you scatter about his pool we call the internet. You're interesting. You think about things and you share your thought processes and it's cool to watch them play out. 

Also, you might be as obsessed with wings as I am, which is rad as hell.

You guys gave me Answers About Cat Allergies, an update.

Okay, today we have: 

Soaked the carpets in the entire apartment (except her room, where the cat is currently) with Nature's Miracle Advanced Formula Pet Odor & Stain Remover.

Sprayed my room and bathroom with an extra pet deodorizer. 

Vacuumed. (Her mother had previously vacuumed and steam cleaned all the carpets, and they'd kept the cat out of this room after she did.)

Changed out the air filter in the main AC unit with an Allergen catching filter.

Purchased and run a Honeywell Air Filter in my room with the little dial set to Allergens. (I don't actually know how often I should run this, but maybe just while I'm home?)

And I've gotten some Benadryl to take for when I'm going to be home. Which I've just taken. So we'll see if that keeps my tongue from feeling all tingle-y tonight like it does now. 

I can still smell cat, but smelling cat isn't really an issue for me as long as it doesn't send me into hacking fits and close my lungs off like it did last night.

I am certain that it's allergies and not the sickness I was already fighting because a) I was feeling better even though I sound worse, b) I have never reacted to general cold sickness the way I reacted last night (and haven't been that bad throughout being sick this time), and c) my tongue and throat only tingle and close up when I'm here. When I was out the apartment this afternoon running errands I could breathe and feel my tongue just fine.  

We're going to give it a week to see if I can acclimatize and handle it. I'm really hoping I can, because I was looking forward to living with someone who would have stupid conversations with me in the kitchen again. We have TV to mainline! And crafts to make! If not I may be begging someone to take me in here in Orlando for about four months. Pfah. Stupid bodies. Stupid lungs.
