THANK YOU KEY WORKERS⁣ 🌈🌟 This little poster has been on our door for a few weeks & yes we clap every Thursday... but despite the warm fuzzy feelings these things evoke, they aren't enough to express how very, very grateful I am to every key worker & volunteer.⁣ Thank you to NHS staff, cleaners, emergency services, teachers, maintenance workers, carers, post office workers, shop staff, transport drivers, scientists, bin collectors & waste managers, delivery workers & everyone else working to care, protect & provide.⁣ Thank you. ❤️⁣ ⁣ This video from BBC of Nurse Nancy thanking her colleagues for caring for her while she was in hospital with coronavirus makes me ugly cry. 😭 A strong reminder of why those who can stay at home must continue to do so & why we need to ensure that key workers are paid fairly for the amazing work they do. One of my favorite parts of traveling is the people you meet along the way. Yes, I know what you're thinking, "Nina, why is your boyfriend holding a Tarot card with a feather?" - and if you dont care I am going to tell you anyway 😂 Almost every car ride to work, is the time where I pull my daily card draws. My questions tend to be similar, about what I may need to know today and this morning, I proceeded the same way. I got Death and The Lovers. Two Major Arcana, two extremely powerful cards to get. I'm looking at Harry trying to figure out what the hell this may mean. Before we could figure it out, all of my cards are practically on the floor - except the two that I drew which I carefully placed in my bag. I pick up all the cards, pack them up and revert to my daily reading. Death card? Check! Lovers, no where in sight. I check all of my bag, under all the seats, I get up check my chair. Still nothing. Harry decides he will drop me at work and check later. About an hour goes by and I get a photo from Harry. Yes, this one that you see. There's a feather on it. You know what that means? An angel is near. I recently posted an emotional message about relationships, that had come when both of us realized we had some issues to address. Of course, we came out stronger on the other side like always. The angels surely thought so. Today's lesson? When you clear up the tangled beliefs inside, when you choose to work on yourself and when you want to know if you're on the right path? Look for the signs.
