Meet the creature: Khul No shore is safe from the vengeful Khul. They are one of the few civilized inhabitants of Lumis' ocean floor, though they once occupied beaches all across the mainland. The Khul are an ancient race, and they have watched the world and its ecosystem change at the hand of the surface-dwellers. Khul almost universally worship water spirits. Many of the spirits they worship are equally vested in dismantling societies that they view as harmful to nature, and will often lead Khul on raids to disrupt port cities.
