This is the week of my birth. 2016 has been a year of 'survival' a need to deeply let go of what has gone before me. #darknightsofthesoul are not something I am unfamiliar with I have had my fare share, but this year has wiped the ass of previous experiences. From female social media abuse, to relationship break downs, to close family health issues, from calling out and not being heard and sinking deeper. These are just a few of the surface issues I have had to deal with. I know that we are never given more than we can handle, I'm a tough cookie, I know that what ever doesn't kill us makes us stronger. I am aware, very much aware of all this.
