Please check out my update. I'm heartbroken. I was in the hospital and everything is getting worse and scarier. I told my family and they didn't care. They get defensive and upset when I try to ask for help and I'm realizing more and more how little I mean to them. It would mean so so much If y'all would read and share my story. I've lost so much to my illnesses. But I just want to share positivity and love.

but that aside i’m very sorry for the pain/depression and just crappy circumstances that you’re in. my deepest sympathies, I have PCOS which isn’t as severe as Endo but when the pain hits honestly i want to carve out my reproductive system so my heart just cries for ppl with endo who just have to deal with pain management for a condition that is their own body just fighting against them. (it honestly feels like such a betrayal, to have your reproductive organs be the cause of so much pain)

please always take whatever time you need to recoup and never feel like your letting ppl down or have to give something of yourself to “make it up” every flair up you weather makes you such a fighter.

I'm so sorry that you have PCOS, that is so awful and hard. Please don't downplay it and think it isn't/is worse than endo. They're all awful and everybody experiencing them differently and it's all valid 💗 but I know what you mean. I often fantasize about that during periods and flare ups. It is a betrayal and reproductive illnesses are the WORST!

Endometriosis. 💛 The silent disease. Today has been utterly excruciating. I've knocked back enough codeine, tramadol and zapain to take down an elephant. Heat pads and hot water bottles just don't cut it. Sitting, walking and adulting in general is exhausting due to the constant chronic pain. I'm experiencing the worst endo belly and feel like my I am being hacked to pieces from the inside out. I'm now in bed trying to find a position comfortable enough that doesn't make my pelvis scream in agony or my lower back spasm with pain. Over the years, you seem to get used to being constantly in pain. Sadly, the pain never gets better. Only worse. Can I do anything about it. No. I just have to suck it up. There isn't a cure for endo. I have bad days and I have really shittily bad days.. I'm too tired to even cry. So now, I am going to resume the foetal position and hope that I can get some sleep.
