An amazing day out for my longest ride ever! Started out down Macc canal, switched to Staffordshire way along Rudyard lake. Followed to leek and through ladderedge park to the caldon canal. Followed national cycle route 550 to the manifold trail, then roads across to Harrington station on the tissington trail. Joined the high peak trail to the end, then down to earl sterndale and up towards Buxton raceways. Carried on along the white peak loop before climbing from Buxton to the cat&fiddle. Down to wildboarclough and up to standing stone. Finally up through the forest and home.
