“If I hugged you any tighter, you’d pop.” He wasn’t used to his hugging skills being called into question and he had been under the impression that his hugs were pretty awesome. It was unsettling how unsettled he was by Katie’s criticism. “Or is the tightness not the issue? You gotta give me more feedback if I’m gonna improve my hugging game, Katie-Kitty-Kay.”
