This Super Green Matcha Smoothie is full of healthy nutrients and properties that give you energy. Matcha tea, spinach, and banana make a drink that is great for any time of the day because it is cool, refreshing, and energizing.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk. 1 ripe banana. 1 handful spinach leaves. 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder. 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Add almond milk, banana, spinach, matcha powder, and honey or maple syrup into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
