Ingredients: 1 cup cooked quinoa. 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks. 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1/2 cup coconut water. 1 banana. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Add cooked quinoa, pineapple chunks, spinach leaves, coconut milk, coconut water, banana, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds to a blender. Smooth it out. Mix until it's creamy and smooth.
