A young adult and her late night/early am solo dance parties
#literally kicking my feet and giggling and jumping up and feeling like I’m floating#this is a fun and energizing battle against depression#!!!!#I am SO happy right now!!!!#definitely had to do with the laughter and joy I got from watching Dan da Dan earlier#no drugs no nothing — just music and immersion!!#the thing is — I just realized — this is the first time since the start of May that I felt joy like this#you can grow around the grief#also… actually I forget#oh. right. I’m still thinking about them— and that sharing life with them would be everything to me. I miss them so much#but… one day at a time#things will get better#there’s irrevocable loss. but there will also be great connection and joy. just keep doing the work. and keep trying to love and live for u#dance#dance party#energy!!#depression tips#joy
