Regular clearing and maintenance will help you to expand your gifts and prevent energy congestion that can lead to headaches. Mentally say, 'I release any energy that is not my own.' three times. When your gifts expand, migraines can happen. Take that time to allow the energy download to happen and integrate into your system. For Empaths, it is always a challenge to stay out of the negative energy, that is constantly fired up across the world! Even when we stay tucked away, in our own little sanctuaries, the energy is difficult to avoid.

So, it goes without saying that we all have to work harder than most to stay grounded, balanced and in control of the emotions we feel. Both our own and what we pick up from others.

Modern life puts a huge strain on our human bodies. This shows up in many ways: feeling constantly dissatisfied, suffering illness, anxiety, fear, anger and other strong emotions.

Instead of being able to address old wounds and or physical issues, as they arise, people are being given reasons to project their emotional pain on to others. Which only serves in keeping the pain alive.

When people are kept angry or distressed, by focusing on the world’s injustices or propaganda, it not only keeps them trapped in a negative mind-set but it stops them from taking the steps to face and heal any physical or emotional wounds that need attention.
