The post asks people to send money through Paypal's 'friends and family', because it doesn't have scam protection
The paypal, jamiej425, is reused from multiple previous scams (each word is a different link)
The cat pictures are reused from many of their previous scams (each word is a different link)
The rash story is reused from many of their previous scams (each word is a different link)
The story says there is a rash on the cat's mouth, but there is no such rash in the provided picture
The cat is wearing a neck cone, but there is no apparent need for the cone based on the story
