Shakespeare: How else can I mess with them? I know, I'll have a boy play a girl who dresses as a boy who role-plays as a girl. I'm such a genius. 10 points to Ravenclaw.

Happy Valentine’s day from the Bard!
Ranking As You Like It Characters
Rosalind: hilariously savage and incredibly smart, we all strive to be her
Jacques: tells it like it is, unapologetically melancholy
Duke Senior: livin’ life to the fullest
Touchstone: definition of a backhanded compliment
Celia: loyalest sweetheart you will ever meet, maybe a little too loyal, needs to sort out her feelings
Adam: loyal to the fullest, great intentions, pretty solid dude i respect that
Corin: most experience here, just wants to live his simple shepherd life again, would probably be good friends with Duke Senior
Orlando: pretty wimpy but at least listens to Rosalind/Ganymede about what women want, noble goals and terrible situation so lets give him some credit
Hymen: literal god
Phoebe: probably best off marrying Jacques tbh, doesn’t deserve Silvius
Silvius: hearts in the right place but head’s not in the game
Le Beau: lives for the gossip
Charles: pretty brutal but at least he gave Oliver the heads up
Audrey: kind of insignificant
Oliver: tried to kill his own brother in his sleep, not a cool dude, guess he redeems himself but i dont buy it
Duke Frederick: probably not the best parental figure, insecure and jealous
Theatre Review: When Shakespeare’s Ladies Meet
You don't have to be a Shakespeare nerd to get these references. “When Shakespeare's Ladies Meet” is exactly what the title infers: some of Shakespeare's most exciting and vivacious heroines meet to discuss and advise Juliet (Romeo and Juliet) on her blossoming romance with Romeo. Katherine (The Taming of the Shrew), Portia (The Merchant of Venice), Ophelia (Hamlet), Desdemona (Othello), and Cleopatra (Antony and Cleopatra) all have their own opinion on Juliet's romance, as well as thoughts on each others already established relationships. Bursting with snide remarks, foreshadowing, and unapologetic puns, each leading lady speaks half in Shakespeare's characteristic flowery language, half with modern expressions. Theatre Activ brought student actors and directors to professional plays. The actors fit their characters perfectly, not only in disposition, but in likeness as well: Portia was stately and calm; Katherine was sharp-tongued and sarcastic; Ophelia was essentially crazy; Juliet was optimistic and love-sick; and Cleopatra was confident and guiding. The stage, though covered in flowers for Ophelia's sake, was straight-forward and bare enough that it never distracted from the actresses. The student director brought Charles George's play to life. Full of laughable puns and hilarious quotations, it gave us a glimpse of what could happen if Shakespeare's ladies met.

Quick Notes
I read Othello and As You Like It on the same day, and I would like to point out that listening to women is a vital part of not getting stabbed.
